How Live Guest Illustrations Works For ANY Special Event!

• I supply my own table, chairs, linen and umbrella. This is complimentary and comes in ivory or black options to help match your color scheme. I even bring rechargeable lamps to make sure that I don't add to your rental order and am easy to be placed at any venue!
• I also bring an assistant with me, this is to help me expedite paintings even faster in the allotted time frame! 

Here are the steps, although I would love to anwser any and all of yours questions and I am able to adapt any package to fit your needs!

1. After setting up my assistant will take photos of guests - typically as they enter or leave ceremony - I will begin painting these photos  immediately so guests can see them after ceremony , get a drink at the bar and return or even watch their beauty unfold! 
2. My assistant will then back, mat and plastic wrap the paintings so they are safe for the rest of event or the transit home. They will place them out for guests to collect as the event develops. 
3. Depending on your chosen package we will end the event in different ways.

•  we can have a limit based on the timeframe, after that limit is reached, guests can choose to pay for their own painting to be mailed to them within only TWO weeks following the event! (Bronze Package)
• Once the limit is reached of what can be done within the timeframe, my assistant will gather names as we intake photos, then mail all of the paintings to you with envelopes and you can gift them to each guest personally to see their eyes light up or mail those that are needed  (Silver Package)
• Once the limit is reached of what can be done within the timeframe, my assistant will gather addresses of guests and we will have them all mailed out personally and with a thank you note of your choosing within TWO weeks of the event! Shipping and Handing Included! (Gold Package)
