How Live Guest Illustrations Works For ANY Special Event!
Each package is fully customizable to suit your event, whether you’re hosting a large wedding, corporate function, or intimate celebration.
A photo reference is taken for each guest, and a hand-painted watercolor keepsake is created with care. Depending on your event style and guest count, illustrations can be presented during the event or securely mailed afterward with a personalized touch.
Because every celebration is unique, I thoughtfully adjust each package to align with your guest count, timeline, and vision.
All Supplies Included
I provide my own table, chairs, and linen at no additional cost, available in ivory or black to seamlessly complement your event design. Rechargeable lighting is also included to ensure a polished setup in any venue while minimizing the need for additional rentals.

I bring an assistant to help ensure every illustration is completed efficiently within your event timeline.
Each guest illustration is finished with professional backing, matting, and a protective sleeve, ensuring it remains safe and presentation-ready throughout the celebration.
Audio Guestbook Use
With the Gold Package, I provide a vintage-style audio guest book telephone, inviting guests to leave heartfelt voice messages throughout your celebration.
At the end of the evening, you’ll receive an SD card containing the full collection of messages—a timeless keepsake filled with love, memories, and well-wishes from your closest friends and family.
A thoughtfully designed instruction sign is also included to guide guests with prompts such as sharing a memory, offering advice, or leaving a personal blessing.
This experience creates something truly unforgettable: your guests receive a hand-painted keepsake, and you receive a one-of-a-kind "audio guest book" to cherish for years to come.

The Steps for Live Painting
*All Supplies Included*
- Guests have reference photos taken ( and addresses gathered if applicable )
- Guests will be painted live for an unforgettable luxury experience!
- One of a kind artwork will be given to guests in professional backing and matting, ready to display or the transit home.
Depending on your chosen package we will end the event differently.
Bronze / Base 5 Hour
Large Event Package $1500
Smaller Celebrations, corporate events, weekday events, local gatherings, and select destination locations may qualify for custom pricing and discounted availability rates.
*Assistant included to help painter expedite more in the timeframe*
Guests painted at 4-7 minutes a person = 45-65 guests completed within the event timeframe.
Once the limit is reached, no additional guest photos are taken.
** Shipping and handling are included for all upgraded package mailed paintings**
Silver Package Upgrade $3 a person
Once the live painting limit is reached, my assistant collects guest names during photo intake.
All remaining illustrations are completed after the event and mailed within 3 weeks, to the client directly to give out themselves.
With names and reference photos for easy distribution.
Gold Package Upgrade
$5 a person
Once the live painting limit is reached, my assistant collects guest names and mailing addresses during photo intake.
All illustrations are mailed directly to guests within 3 weeks.
Crystal Package Upgrade

Looking for a painting with EACH bridal party member? Maybe your parents need a painting AND you want one with them AND EACH sibling, the possibilities are ENDLESS with the UNLIMTED PAINTING upgrade!
This package is customized to the event and allows for my assistant to take an UNLIMITED about of reference photos, completed in studio (following the live painting timeframe) and mail out within 4-10 weeks! This pricing is based on guest count / event type so please message today for information.
Additional Optional Upgrades
- Custom thank-you note designed to match your event.
- Personalization such as embossing, printing or stamping on the papers with - initials, date or event/business information.
