How Live Guest Illustrations Works For ANY Special Event!
I can customize any package to fit your needs, from adding relatives from heaven to mailing them for you following the event, for larger guest counts. I will happily adjust to fit your needs as I know every event is as unique as we all are!
I supply all my needs & give you two color options!
- I supply my own table, chairs, linen and umbrella. This is complimentary and comes in ivory or black options to help match your color scheme. I even bring rechargeable lamps to make sure that I don't add to your rental order and am easy to be placed at any venue! (this option is not available over state lines)
- I also bring an assistant with me, this is to help me expedite paintings even faster in the allotted time frame!
Complimentary Audio Telephone Guestbook Use
With a gold package I will provide for use, an antique styled audio guest book phone, you'll have a memory card full of voice messages from your friends and family by the end of the night, for you to have and enjoy!!
- My assistant will ask them to leave a message after taking their photo that way everyone has a chance to give you a memorable audio message. This is a complimentary service with your live guest illustrations gold package!
How it all works!
Here are the steps, although I would love to anwser any and all of yours questions and I am able to adapt any package to fit your needs!

- After setting up my assistant will take photos of guests - I will paint and guests can get a drink at the bar and return or watch their painting unfold!
- My assistant will then back, mat and plastic wrap the paintings so they are safe for the rest of event or the transit home.
- Depending on your chosen package we will end the event in different ways.
- we can have a limit based on the timeframe, after that limit is reached, guests can choose to pay for their own painting to be mailed to them within TWO weeks following the event! (Bronze Package)
- Once the limit is reached of what can be done within the timeframe, my assistant will gather names as we intake photos, then mail all of the paintings to you with envelopes and you can gift them to each guest personally to see their eyes light up or mail those that are needed (Silver Package- example shown above with photos of guests for easy distribution)
- Once the limit is reached of what can be done within the timeframe ( or amount of guests reached) , my assistant will gather addresses of guests and we will have them all mailed out personally and with a thank you note of your choosing/ with a design suited to you, within TWO weeks of the event!
